These terms of service govern your use of the Crewli website located at crewli.io. By visiting or using our website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please do not use the site.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this website you agree to both documents.

These terms cover the marketing website only. If you become a client of Crewli LLC your service relationship is governed by a separate written client agreement that we will provide before any work begins. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the client agreement the client agreement controls.

2. Who we are

Crewli LLC is a restaurant operations software company registered in the State of Wyoming. We provide a hosted restaurant operations portal platform for restaurants and hospitality businesses. Our platform is a licensed service — clients access a fully branded operations portal through our infrastructure and do not receive or own any underlying software, code, or platform components.

3. Eligibility and geographic scope

This website is intended primarily for users located in the United States and Canada. The Crewli restaurant operations portal is a separate service deployed by restaurant operators for their staff. Portal users may include staff members under 18 as permitted by applicable employment laws. Staff members under 18 access the portal under the direction and responsibility of their employer. By deploying the portal to their staff the employer represents that they have obtained any necessary consents and takes full responsibility for ensuring appropriate use by all staff members regardless of age.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the site.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or any system or network connected to the site.

In such circumstances our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of this website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action in connection with any such dispute.

These terms of service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crewli LLC regarding your use of this website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
