This website is operated by Crewli LLC, a restaurant operations software company registered in the State of Wyoming. We provide a hosted restaurant operations portal platform for restaurants across the United States. Our platform is a licensed service — clients access a fully branded operations portal through our infrastructure and do not receive or own any underlying software, code, or platform components.

2. Who this policy applies to

This website is intended primarily for users located in the United States and Canada. By using this website you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are accessing it for business purposes. If you are accessing this website from outside the United States or Canada you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

The Crewli restaurant operations portal is a separate service deployed by restaurant operators for their staff. Portal users may include staff members under 18 as permitted by applicable employment laws. Staff members under 18 access the portal under the direction and responsibility of their employer. By deploying the portal to their staff the employer represents that they have obtained any necessary consents and takes full responsibility for ensuring appropriate use by all staff members regardless of age.

3. What information we collect

We keep this simple because we only collect what we actually need.

When you fill out our contact form we collect your name and email address. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

When you visit our website we automatically collect certain technical information through Google Analytics. This includes your approximate location, the type of device and browser you are using, which pages you visit, and how long you spend on them. This data is aggregated and anonymous — we cannot identify you personally from it. We use it only to understand how people use our site so we can improve it.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:

• To respond to your contact form submission and answer your questions
• To follow up with you about our services if you have expressed interest
• To analyze website traffic and improve our site using anonymized Google Analytics data

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited emails or spam.

5. User submitted content

By submitting information through our contact form you grant Crewli LLC permission to use that information solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up regarding our services. We have no obligation of confidentiality regarding general inquiries submitted through our contact form unless a separate written confidentiality agreement has been executed. Please do not submit sensitive, proprietary, or confidential business information through our contact form.

6. Cookies and Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics places small text files called cookies on your device to collect this information. The data collected is anonymized and aggregated.

Contact form submissions are received directly via email. We do not store your personal information in any database. Your email address is stored only in our email inbox and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Client portal applications are hosted on Netlify. Backend data and authentication for client portals are managed through Supabase. Transactional emails related to client portal operations are sent via EmailJS. Each of these third-party providers maintains its own privacy and security practices. 8. How long we keep your information

We keep your contact information only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and follow up on any potential business relationship. If you ask us to delete your information we will do so promptly.

9. Your rights

You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you. You have the right to ask us to correct any inaccurate information. You have the right to ask us to delete your information. You have the right to opt out of any follow-up communications at any time.

10. Children's privacy

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child please contact us immediately at daniel@crewli.io.

We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations under this policy caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet outages, hosting provider failures, or government actions.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
